Health, Vision, and Dental
Pivot Energy partners with United Healthcare for our Health, Dental, and Vision coverage. Pivot pays a flat amount towards premiums, covering up to 100% of the employee premium and a majority of the premium for partners/families, depending on the chosen plan.
Additional Coverage
We offer basic life insurance coverage and company-paid short/long-term disability coverage.
Paid Time Off
We believe taking time to recharge is just as important as your work. As part of our commitment to overall well-being, we offer ample paid time off, including holidays, caregiver leave, and sick days.
Parental Leave
Pivot places a high priority on family and has a generous parental leave policy.
Bonus Plan
Employees gain eligibility for the annual company-wide bonus plan depending on their hire date. The bonus is based on achieving various company-wide metrics.

OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS

Pivot’s hiring practices are standardized across our roles to ensure consistency and fair evaluation of all candidates. Here’s what to expect from the interview process. 

Hiring Timeline

1. Submit Application 

Fill out basic information, upload your resume, and answer any supplemental questions based on the role. 

2. Introductory call

Participate in an initial discussion with a member of the People team, where we will get to know you and understand your background and qualifications.

3. Meet the Hiring Manager

Complete a secondary discussion with the position’s hiring manager. Managers may include a technical skills evaluation to assess skills.

4. Panel Interview

Discuss the role, opportunities, and challenges with a panel of Pivot employees. 

5. Leadership Interview

In the final discussion, you will meet with company leadership to better understand the company's vision and direction.
